And, for those that need a translation,  that nifty bit of ISNULL does the same as

(email is not null and email <> '') 

Which is simply horrible as code goes.

I'm off home.  Slightly late again.  Guess why?  Yup.  The timing of helpdesk calls astounds me on occasion.  It's as if they know.
