Aha.
Rich Text Editor working at work, but not at home.
In the meantime, I have a meeting with my boss now and I've worked out where the kettle's leaking. From the little plastic window thingy that lets you know how much water is in there.
I tried my darndest to get a fast boiling kettle that didn't have one of those windows. I couldn't. I knew this would happen, and with the kettle only a year and a half old, it's pretty pathetic that it's happened so quickly. I think we probably need to descale the thing more often. Grrr moan whinge etck.

they don't make kettles like they used to ... we bought ours and it had died within twelve months. and then we couldn't find the warranty so we were buggered. but not literally.
It is the pitts when something you want to use doesn't work, argggg
