  • My Tulip!

This is Leanna (with her Mummy), in her Tulip Cardigan.  And she is gorgeous.  I went to visit two Saturdays ago, and had a lovely time.  Leanna's big sister Mia decided I was lovely and gradually worked her way closer and closer to me during dinner, until she was finally practically on top of me when we reached the grape course.

This last weekend involved an awful lot of running about, rugby, rugby alumni dinners, trying to raise money for the Brownies, and generally being exhausting.  I've since had two days at a conference, and am back at work on the morrow.

I'm also trying to work out if I still want to maintain this blog.  I like reading, but I rarely comment, and I am writing much more in my paper journal again.  Possibly a reaction to spending all day on a computer at work.  There may be  more knitted objects this weekend, if I can possibly assemble my knitting olympics sweater, and also photograph socks and scarfs.

    We shall see.

  • I selfishly hope you keep this blog. Did I ever tell you how much I enjoyed your book? In case I failed to do so, it was delightful and I enjoyed it immensely! I wish the Chalet School series had been available in the U.S. when I was young.

  • a grape course? So cute! I like the tulip :)

oh and Do. Not. Leave!!!! Take a hiatus or whatever.. but don't leave leave. please?

  • Should you leave my electronic world I would miss you. Please don't go away.

  • First and foremost - I love the Tulip sweater. It's always a favorite. You know how I love pictures. ; )

I think a great deal of bloggers are in the same boat. Just this morning, I was going through my bloglines and wondering if I should stop reading so many blogs (and get off the computer and get work done). Sigh. I can't quite make the big decision, but it feels like it's a hot topic for so many people. Good luck with your decision.

  • A lovely cardigan for an adorable baby!

A hiatus sounds like a good idea...time to focus on your paper journalling and return to the electronic one when you are ready.  :)

  • what a gorgeous sweater & baby!
