Stand down
The sock, he is knitted! He is a graduation sock. He has a tassle.
Kudos to OneHotProcessor for finding a suitable Cursive Font
Meanwhile, I had the sort of afternoon that was slightly more vomit-and-blood filled than I intially anticipated yesterday. Not my vomit, or blood, I hasten to add. Which means I am a tad behind myself now. And the bruise? I got the shock of my life when I got ready for bed. This is what kneeling on the floor of the gents’ lav for about an hour does for you,{ETA: if you already have a bruise}. You have been warned.
Spectacular, but not painful. Wrap me up in bubble-wrap?

Dude, I can’t believe you ALREADY got that sock done. You make me look like such a slacker.
Great sock! Knitting a US Mens Size 13 sock is VERY brave of you!
@OneHotProcessor, @mauvely – see Ravelry for details. I
worsted weight yarn and US8 needles. Makes it so much faster. Plus, no Second Sock Syndrome! ~x~
*sniffle as I chug away at my Clapotis*
What HAPPENED that you were dealing with vomiting and blood in the mens room?
You can’t just show us this upsetting photo and drop little hints without alarming us!
@lostarts - Well, I fell over on Saturday, and the bruise was reasonable (see previous entry). And then I knelt on it for an hour. I’m a First Aider at work. I had a colleague requiring help. ~x~
I love the tassle on the sock! It makes me smile.
Ouch. I’ve had bruises in that spot before and nearly jumped out of my skin kneeling on my waterbed.
I wish I could learn to knit. I don’t think my arthritis would like it much though. I love the socks.
nice sock! why is there only one?
sock.” And the guy has size 13 feet… It would make a very good Christmas stocking, but he’s Jewish! ~x~
