And I’m Back
It was quite exhausting and bloody brilliant: there will be photos I hope over the weekend, but I took about 700, so I’ll dump them into flickr rather than Xanga. However, I need to go home and see Dad and hug him (unsurprisingly, yes, prostate cancer) and Mum, and I’ve got a rugby match on Sunday afternoon. I am currently re-adjusting from an all-female environment to an all-male environment. And the time difference.
Sleep is required before anything coherent will occur here!

Enjoy your sleep
Glad you had a wonderful trip and arrived home safely! Looking forward to your photos =)
Sorry to hear about your dad – will keep him and your family in my prayers.
Glad the trip went well and sorry to hear about your father. Looking forward to seeing the pics.
I cannot wait to see your photos.
Your poor Dad. What’s the prognosis?
@TorontoGirl - He’s going for some scans, then they’ll either zap it with radiation, or whip it out, and that (fingers crossed) should be that. I don’t really know anything else at the moment: he’s been terribly good at going to the specialist regularly since his PST started to increase, so, with luck, it’s been caught very early and there will be a lack of drama. Was told not to howl, as howling was unnecessary. Had little howl this morning. Felt rather better. ~x~
welcome back! sleep well!
Howling always happens when it’s a Daddy involved though.
If it’s any consolation, Ryan’s aunt was diagnosed with the same, two weeks back. She had surgery last week and that’s that. All done, all gone, no need for radiation or anything.
He’ll be ok.
How did Ryan’s aunt manage that? I didn’t think that women had a prostate…. Very confused. ~x~
